Terms of Service

By accessing or using Veloshe AI Workspace ("Veloshe", "the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

The service

Veloshe provides an AI-powered workspace — email, calendar, meetings, tasks, notes, team messaging, and an AI assistant. Features and availability may change over time.

Your account

You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your access secure. You must provide accurate information and comply with the terms of any third-party accounts you connect (for example, Google or Microsoft).

Acceptable use

Do not use Veloshe to break the law, infringe others' rights, send spam, or attempt to compromise security. Do not misuse access granted to your connected accounts.

Your content

You retain ownership of your content. You grant Veloshe the rights needed to operate the Service — to store, process, and display your content, and to route it to our AI processors to perform tasks you request.

AI features

AI-generated output (summaries, drafts, answers, transcriptions) may be inaccurate or incomplete. Review it before relying on it or sending it. You are responsible for the content you send or publish.

Third-party services

Connected services (such as Google and Microsoft) and our AI processors are governed by their own terms. We are not responsible for third-party services.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Veloshe is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

Termination

You may stop using Veloshe and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Changes

We may update these Terms; continued use of the Service means you accept the changes.
